The EN14399-10 HRC Tension Bolt comes complete with a EN14399-3 HRD Heavy Nut and EN14399-5/-6 Standard Flat Washer.
Controlled tension screws come with a built-in tension control device (tip) to achieve the best tension levels and thus be able to repeat this tension in each installation of each screw. They are installed with a specialized electric gun that has an external socket that turns the nut, while the internal socket is held in the groove.
When the proper tension level is reached, the groove breaks, giving you a visual indication of proper installation.
